医用电子直线加速器辐射环境影响分析——以某三甲医院建设项目为例

在综合性医院项目建设中,医用电子直线加速器作为提高恶性肿瘤放疗水平的一项重要治疗手段而被普遍采用.但医用电子直线加速器作为医用核技术的应用,在为病人提供优越的诊疗环境的同时会产生一定辐射.因此,如何减少辐射对个人和环境的影响显得尤为重要.本文以某三甲医院建设项目为例,通过数据计算,分析运行阶段医用电子直线加速器对环境的辐射影响,结果表明,其辐射环境影响满足相关标准要求.
In the construction of comprehensive hospital projects,medical electron linear accelerator is widely used as an important treatment method to improve the level of radiotherapy for malignant tumors.However,as the ap-plication of medical nuclear technology,medical electron linear accelerator will produce certain radiation while pro-viding superior diagnosis and treatment environment for patients.Therefore,it is particularly important to reduce the impact of radiation on individuals and the environment.In this paper,taking the construction project of a 3A hospital in Xi'an as an example,the radiation impact of medical electron linear accelerator on the environment during the oper-ation stage is analyzed through data calculation.The results show that its radiation environmental impact meets the re-quirements of relevant standards.
