The legal approach to balance urban and rural environmental justice
With the significant improvement of farmers'living standards and the widening gap between urban and rural environment,farmers have put forward higher requirements and expectations for rural pollution prevention and control in the new era.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to clarify the connotation of"environmental justice",crack the legal system of rural pollution prevention and control,and build the plight of China's rural ecological civilization.This paper analyzes the urban and rural environmental injustice in rural pollution from the four aspects of power and re-sponsibility distribution,legislative system,social governance and judicial protection.It also aims to solve the contra-diction between urban and rural injustice by building an equal distribution system of rights and responsibilities of ur-ban and rural residents,formulating complete legal rules for rural pollution prevention and control,improving the man-agement system and measures for rural pollution prevention and control,and increasing the investment of legal aid for rural residents.
