AHLs信号分子强化颗粒污泥系统性能的研究进展

针对颗粒污泥系统性能强化的问题,介绍了酰基高丝氨酸内酯(acyl homoserine lactones,AHLs)信号分子强化颗粒污泥系统性能的研究进展,分析了外源AHLs对活性污泥颗粒聚集、稳定性以及微生物微生态的影响,探讨了基于AHLs的群体感应(quorum sensing,QS)对颗粒污泥系统的强化效果,总结了溶解氧浓度、温度、盐度和pH值对外源AHLs效果的影响,梳理了近年来的主要研究方向和成果,指出了今后的研究方向.
Research progress in enhancing the performance of granular sludge systems by signaling molecules AHLs
Aiming at the problem of enhancing the performance of granular sludge system,the research progress of enhancing the performance of granular sludge system by signal molecules acyl homoserine lactones(AHLs)was in-troduced.The influence of exogenous AHLs on the aggregation and stability of activated sludge particles,microbial micro-ecology,and the improvement of treatment effect were analyzed.The enhancement effect of quorum sensing(QS)based on AHLs on granular sludge system was discussed.The influence of dissolved oxygen concentration,tem-perature,salinity,and pH value on the effectiveness of exogenous AHLs was summarized.The research directions and achievements in recent years were sorted out,and the future research directions are pointed out.
