摘要
本文主要梳理和研究我国污泥处理处置政策以及标准发展现状,分析存在的问题并提出相应的对策及建议,为构建和完善我国污泥处理处置政策体系、标准体系提供参考,进一步提高污泥处理处置技术水平,实现污泥绿色低碳处理处置,最大程度回收利用污泥能源和资源,支撑我国污泥处理处置行业高质量发展.
Abstract
This paper mainly combs and studies the current situation of domestic policies and standards for sludge treatment and disposal,analyses the existing problems and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.Based on the above research,this paper provides references for constructing and improving policy system and stan-dard system of sludge disposal and treatment,to further improve the level of sludge disposal and treatment technology,achieve green and low-carbon sludge treatment and disposal,maximize the recycling and utilization of sludge energy and resources,and support the high-quality development of China's sludge treatment and disposal industry.
