The practical dilemma and normative approach of plastic pollution control in China:Take District H of G City as an example
Through field investigation,questionnaire survey,and interviews,the paper has investigated and ana-lyzed the public's perception in problems such as traditional plastics,degradable plastics and microplastics in H Dis-trict of G City,as well as the pollution control issues,so as to understand the effect of plastic pollution control and ex-plore the inducements of the public's use of plastic products and their preferences.Subsequently,referring to the plas-tics treatment methods and experience of Germany and Denmark,and based on the existing policies and measures of plastics pollution governance in China,we put forward the strategy of improving the rule of law of plastics pollution gov-ernance to promote the modernization of Chinese-style plastics pollution governance that is"steady and far-reaching".
