Grassland is an important component of the northern ecosystem and natural resources,as well as the ba-sic means of production and livelihood for farmers and herdsmen.Ecological security is an important engine for driving regional economic and social development,especially for Ordos City,which consistently ranks first in Inner Mongolia in terms of GDP.The balance between economic development and grassland ecological security becomes increasingly important.Based on previous research and local conditions,this article uses the PSR model to construct an evaluation system for grassland ecological security in Ordos City.Then,the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of indicators,and specific data from 2018 to 2022 is collected for analysis and calculation.The results show that the grassland ecological security index in Ordos City has shown an overall upward trend over the past five years,indicating that the overall grassland ecological security situation is improving,but with significant fluctuations during this period.The overall trend from 2018 to 2021 showed a downward trend,with some improvement in 2022.However,the grass-land ecological security index remained relatively unstable over the past five years.In view of this,this article analyzes the key factors affecting the safety index and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions to enhance grassland ecological security and promote regional sustainable development.
