Influenced by the change of the Yellow River's flow path into the sea and the sharp decrease of sedi-ment entering the sea,the shoreline siltation change of the Yellow River Delta shoreline has been complicated in re-cent years.Based on Landsat images,this study extracts the annual average shoreline of the Yellow River Delta from 2000 to 2020 and analyzes the changes of shoreline siltation.The results show that the shoreline of the northern shore section and the former Qingshui Gully inlet channel shows erosion and retreat,and the shoreline of the present Qing-bacha inlet channel shows siltation.
