以四川省某地仓库内非法贮存不明固体废物事件为例,通过对不明固体废物的性状、物相组成、成分分析进行研究,判断该不明固体废物的产生来源.根据其来源判断其可能具有的危险特性,进一步开展实验检测明确其危险特性.经鉴别,该材料为二次铝灰,是列入《国家危险废物名录(2021年版)》中的危险废物,类别为HW48有色金属采选和冶炼废物,并进一步明确了二次铝灰的危险特性为遇水释放氨气的反应性和氟化物的毒性.
Taking the case of illegal storage of unidentified solid waste in a warehouse in Sichuan Province as an example.The source of the unidentified solid waste was determined by studying the properties,phase composition and composition analysis of the unidentified solid waste.According to its source,determine its possible hazard characteris-tics,and further carry out experimental detection to clarify its hazard characteristics.After identification,the identifi-cation material is secondary aluminum ash,which is listed as a hazardous waste in the"National Hazardous Waste List(2021 Edition)",classified as HW48 non-ferrous metal mining and smelting waste.It is further clarified that the hazardous characteristics of secondary aluminum ash are the reactivity of ammonia released in the presence of water and the toxicity of fluoride.
