烟花禁燃对包头市环境空气质量的改善典型实例分析

烟花禁燃对大气污染防治、消除重污染天气和环境空气质量的持续改善具有重要意义.本研究利用包头市2020-2023年春节期间环境空气颗粒物自动监测数据和激光雷达扫描监测,通过分析烟花燃放对环境空气质量变化产生的影响,制定严格的烟花禁燃措施,以改善包头市春节期间环境空气质量.研究结果表明,自2020年8月全市对烟花爆竹进行禁放管控措施后,2022年除夕至正月初一 PM2.5、PM10浓度较2020年同时段降幅最大,PM2.5浓度下降了94.6%,PM10浓度下降了 93.6%.由此可见,严格的烟花爆竹管控措施对春节期间环境空气质量的改善起了重要的作用,对消除严重污染天气,改善空气质量有重要意义.
The ban on fireworks is of great significance for the prevention and control of air pollution,the elimina-tion of severe pollution weather,and the sustained improvement of environmental air quality.This study utilizes the automatic monitoring data of atmospheric particulate matter and LiDAR scanning from Baotou City during the Spring Festival period from 2020 to 2023.By analyzing the impact of fireworks on changes in air quality,it confirms the effec-tiveness of strict fireworks bans in improving air quality during the Spring Festival in Baotou.The results show that af-ter the citywide ban on fireworks and firecrackers was implemented in August 2020,the concentration of PM2.5 and PM10 from New Year's Eve to the first day of the lunar month in 2022 saw the largest decrease compared to the same period in 2020,with PM2.5 decreasing by 94.6%and PM10 by 93.6%.Thus,it is evident that strict control measures for fireworks and firecrackers play a significant role in improving air quality during the Spring Festival,and are crucial for eliminating severe pollution weather and enhancing air quality.
