摘要

分析了某污水处理厂风机损坏、风机出口风压高、曝气管损坏以及池底积泥等曝气系统故障的产生原因,并提出改造方案;对比试验段改造前、后曝气系统的运行工况,发现曝气系统故障得到较好的改善,为后续整体改造提供依据.

Abstract

The causes of aeration system failures such as fan damage,high air pressure at the fan outlet,damaged aeration pipes,and sludge accumulation at the bottom of a sewage treatment plant,were analyzed at a wastewater treat-ment plant,and proposed a renovation plan;Comparing the operating conditions of the aeration system before and af-ter the renovation of the experimental section,it was found that the failure of the aeration system has been improved significantly,providing a basis for the overall renovation in the future.
