摘要

RTO设备作为环保处理设施的主要设备之一,安全运行备受关注.近年来RTO设备事故说明装置运行风险主要为高浓度尾气达到爆炸极限在输送过程引发闪爆.本文叙述RTO设备控制尾气达到爆炸极限的主要安全控制措施.RTO设备预处理单元危险物料收集设备发生泄漏会产生延迟爆炸和喷射火后果,造成人员伤亡和设备损坏,利用SAFETI软件模拟液相收集罐发生延迟爆炸和喷射火的事故影响.

Abstract

As one of the main equipment of VOCs treatment facilities,the safety operation of RTO equipment has attracted much attention.In recent years,RTO accidents indicate that the safety risk of the device is mainly flash ex-plosion caused by the high concentration tail gas reaching the explosion limit during the transmission process.In this paper,the main safety control measures for the RTO equipment to control the tail gas to reach the explosion limit is de-scribed.Besides,SAFETI software is used to simulate the accident effects of delayed explosion and jet fire in liquid phase collection tank after leakage of liquid phase collection equipment in pretreatment unit of RTO.
