本研究对火力楠(Michelia macclurei)11个家系的生长指标进行分析,估算其遗传参数与遗传增益.结果表明:子代测定林胸径、树高、单株材积和干形4个性状指标均值明显高于对照家系,通过多重比较入选3个家系,分别为23号、7号和5号家系,其遗传增益达23.3%、22.1%、10.5%和8.8%,可作为营建高世代的建园材料,也可用于优良材料的推广.
Progeny Determination and Mid-Term Selection of Superior Trees of Michelia Macclurei
In this study,the growth indexes of 11 families of Michelia macclurei were analyzed,and the genetic parameters and genetic gain were estimated.The results showed that the mean values of DBH,tree height,individual volume and stem form of the progeny test forest were significantly higher than those of the control families.Three families were selected by multiple comparison,which were No.23,No.7 and No.5 families,respectively.The genetic gains were 23.3%,22.1%,10.5%and 8.8%,respectively.These families can be used as materials for the construction of high-generation gardens and can also be promoted as excellent materials.
