Implementation Effects,Problems and Countermeasures of Forest Chief System in Liupanshui City
The forest chief system is an innovative mechanism of the national forestry governance system in the new era and an important policy to realize the construction of ecological civilization.Liupanshui City actively responded to the call of the state,effectively promoted the work of the forest chief system,and achieved phased results.However,in practice,there are still problems such as poor management system,imperfect supporting policies,and insufficient safeguard measures.Based on this,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as straightening out the management system,improving policy support and perfecting safeguard measures,in order to provide reference for making up for the shortcomings of the forest chief system as soon as possible and better promoting the process of ecological civilization construction.
