Urban greenways are spaces within the urban planning and construction land scope,relying on and connecting urban parks,green spaces,squares,and protective green spaces,for citizens to use for leisure,recreation,fitness,and travel.This article conducts a survey on the current status of urban greenways in the central urban area of Lanzhou City,analyzes the problems in the planning,construction,and maintenance of greenways,and proposes optimization strategies,aiming to provide a reference for the healthy and orderly development of urban greenways in Lanzhou City.
