This article analyzes the current status of forest resource management in Qujing City and the existing problems in the management work.It proposes the integration of various management projects,including tasks,funds,and personnel,to establish a unified forest resource management system.Suggestions are made to rationally delineate management responsibility areas,optimize management models,and strengthen the construction of management infrastructure and modern information technology.The aim is to provide a reference for improving the effectiveness of forest resource management.
