摘要

林地是重要的自然资源,保护森林资源是实现生态可持续发展的重要途径,严格执行建设项目使用林地审核审批制度,控制林地转为建设用地是保护森林资源的重要手段.文章分析了使用林地审核审批中常见问题,总结了 ArcGIS、卫图助手、无人机遥感等3S技术在建设项目使用林地审核审批中的具体应用及优势,以期为提高森林资源管理效率,及时发现违法占用林地行为,规范林地使用等提供科技支撑.

Abstract

Forest land is an important natural resource,and protecting forest resources is an important way to achieve ecological sustainable development.Strictly implementing the review and approval system for the use of forest land in construction projects and controlling the conversion of forest land to construction land are important means to protect forest resources.This article analyzes common problems in the review and approval of forest land use,summarizes the specific applications and advantages of 3S technologies such as ArcGIS,Satellite Map Assistant,and UAV remote sensing in the review and approval of forest land use in construction projects,with a view to providing scientific and technological support for improving forest resource management efficiency,timely detecting illegal occupation of forest land,and regulating forest land use.
