The paper selects Ningguo City in Anhui Province as a research sample from numerous cities in southern Anhui,and starts with the current status of its forest city construction.Guided by the concept of"Green hills and clear waters grace the south,poetic charm and picturesque views in Ningguo"and with the theme of building an ecological civilization,the paper explores the construction ideas for creating a provincial-level forest city from aspects of construction layout and key construction points,aiming to provide a reference and lessons for the construction of forest cities in various regions.
