Urban park green spaces are an essential component of the urban green space system and an important standard for measuring the living environment of a city.This paper processes satellite remote sensing imagery using ArcGIS software to obtain relevant urban green space vector data.It conducts a survey and analysis of the current status of Hohhot's park green spaces from the aspects of urban green space,distribution and service functions of park green spaces,aiming to provide references for the planning and construction of park green spaces in Hohhot.The results show that the park green spaces in Hohhot generally exhibit a pattern of being more abundant on the outskirts and less within the city,and less in the west and more in the east.There are more park green spaces on the city's periphery with larger areas;whereas in the central urban area,there are fewer parks and gardens,smaller green space areas,many residential areas are not covered,the quality of public green space is not high,and service functions are lacking.
