不同品种文冠果叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺及提取时期探究

为研究文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifolia)叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺及提取时期,文章在乙醇提取溶剂加热回流单因素实验法的基础上,应用正交试验设计优化并筛选出最优提取工艺,对不同时段不同品种文冠果叶片进行总黄酮提取,确定最佳提取时期,为文冠果叶的高效利用提供理论依据.结果表明:文冠果叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶20 g/mL、提取时间1.5 h、提取温度60 ℃、乙醇浓度70%."蒙冠1号""蒙冠2号"新品种在5月22日和8月22日总黄酮提取率最高,老品种在5月22日和6月22日提取率最高,且新品种的总黄酮含量总体比老品种高,尤以8月底含量最高.
Optimization of the Best Extraction Process and Extraction Period for Total Flavonoids from Different Varieties of Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Leaves
In order to investigate the optimal extraction process and period for total flavonoids from the leaves of Xanthoceras sorbifolia,this study optimized and selected the best extraction process based on the single-factor experiment of ethanol extraction solvent heating reflux method,and applied orthogonal test design.Total flavonoids were extracted from different varieties of Xanthoceras sorbifolia leaves at different times to determine the best extraction period,providing a theoretical basis for the efficient use of Xanthoceras sorbifolia leaves.The results showed that the best extraction conditions for total flavonoids from Xanthoceras sorbifolia leaves are a material-liquid ratio of 1:20 g/mL,extraction time of 1.5 hours,extraction temperature of 60 ℃,and ethanol concentration of 70%.The new varieties"Mengguan No.1"and"Mengguan No.2"had the highest total flavonoid extraction rates on May 22nd and August 22nd,while the old varieties had the highest extraction rates on May 22nd and June 22nd.Moreover,the total flavonoid content of the new varieties was generally higher than that of the old varieties,with the highest content at the end of August.
