摘要
文章介绍了内蒙古草原资源现状与退化情况,就草原退化原因进行了详细分析,气候变化、超载过牧、过度开垦和樵采乱挖是主要原因.针对草原退化提出加强气候监测预警、控制超载过牧、规范开垦制度、加强对樵采乱挖监管力度及科学管理草原资源等应对措施,旨在增强草原生态韧性,促进其可持续发展,为制定有效的草原资源管理和保护政策提供科学依据.
Abstract
This article introduces the current status and degradation situation of grassland resources in Inner Mongolia,and provides a detailed analysis of the causes of grassland degradation.Climate change,overgrazing,excessive cultivation,and indiscriminate gathering and digging are identified as the main reasons.In response to grassland degradation,the article proposes measures such as strengthening climate monitoring and early warning,controlling overgrazing,standardizing cultivation systems,enhancing supervision over indiscriminate gathering and digging,and scientifically managing grassland resources.These measures aim to enhance the ecological resilience of grasslands,promote their sustainable development,and provide a scientific basis for formulating effective grassland resource management and protection policies.
