Site Suitability of Main Afforestation Tree Species Robinia pseudoacacia in Beijing Mountainous Area
Taking the afforestation tree species Robinia pseudoacacia in Beijing mountainous area as the research object, the site suitability of Robinia pseudoacacia is analyzed through studying the impacts of different site factors on the height growth and diameter growth of Robinia pseudoacacia using quantitative theory I. The results show that soil depth and slope affect the height growth of Robinia pseudoacacia, slope position and soil type affect the height growth of Robinia pseucloacacia, soil depth affects the diameter growth of Robinia pseudoacacia, slope affects the diameter growth of Robinia pseudoacacia. The research resutls determine the leading factors to affect the growth of Robinia pseudoacacia in Beijing mountainous area, which can provide the basis for site choice and scientific management of Robinia Dseudoacacia plantations.
