Decomposition Rate and Nutrient Content of Fallen Woods of Larix gmelinii Forest in The Greater Xing'an Mountains
Taking the Greater Xing'an Mountains ecological station in Genhe as the research site and the virgin forest of Larix gmelinii as the reference object, two kinds of harvest management(clear cutting forest and successive cutting forest) have been contrasted, and the fallen wood decomposition and nutrient content of Larix gmelinii and Betula platyphylla have been studied. The results show that the decomposition constant of fallen wood of Larix gmelinii and Betula platyphylla is 0.0121/a(R2=0.9715) and 0.2859/a(R2=0.8915) separately. With the increase of fallen wood decay level, the organic carbon content of Larix gmelinii and Betula platyphylla decrease, the total N content and total P content increase, and the total K content has no change without regularity. With the strengthening of cutting disturbance, the content of organic carbon, total N,total K and total P in fallen wood reduce gradually.
