摘要
为了掌握青海省祁连县昆虫群落多样性及昆虫多样性变化情况,选取祁连县阿柔乡和央隆乡作为研究区,采用Z字形扫网法对昆虫的种类和数量进行调查,研究祁连县昆虫群落多样性特征.结果显示,此次调查共采集及鉴定昆虫标本11 622头,隶属于9目53科103属170种;优势类群为双翅目(Diptera)、鞘翅目(Coleoptera)、直翅目(Orthoptera)、膜翅目(Hymenoptera)和半翅目(Hemiptera);2021年所采集的昆虫标本中,双翅目的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Margalef丰富度指数均最高,直翅目的Simpson优势度指数最高;2022年半翅目的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Simpson优势度指数均最高,双翅目Margalef丰富度指数最高.通过两年对比可知,半翅目和双翅目各指数均处于稳定状态,直翅目各指数明显降低,总体来看2022年昆虫群落的多样性指数明显升高,群落结构趋于稳定.
Abstract
In order to understand the diversity and change of insect community in Qilian County,Qinghai Province,this study chose A Rou Township and Yanglong Township in Qilian County as the study area,and investigated the species and quantity of insect community in Qilian County by using Z-shaped sweeping net method.The results showed that a total of 11 622 insect specimens were collected and identified,belonging to 9 orders,53 families,103 genera and 170 species.The dominant groups were Diptera,Coleoptera,Orthoptera,Hymenoptera and Hemip-tera.Among the insect specimens collected in 2021,the Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Pielou evenness index and Margalef richness index of Diptera were the highest,and the Simpson dominance index of Orthoptera was the highest.In 2022,the Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Pielou evenness index and Simpson dominance index of He-miptera were the highest,and the Margalef richness index of Diptera was the highest.Through two-year compari-son,the indices of Hemiptera and Diptera were in a stable state,while the indices of Orthoptera were significantly reduced.On the whole,the diversity index of insect community increased significantly in 2022,and the community structure tended to be stable.
