摘要

为了研究达里湖健康状况,2021年8月设置7个采样点开展大型底栖无脊椎动物调查.基于此,构建了达里湖大型底栖无脊椎动物生物完整性指数(BIBI)指标体系.结果显示,总计发现6属(种)的大型底栖无脊椎动物,隶属2门3目5科.筛选出敏感类群评价指数(BMWP指数)和科级耐污指数(FBI指数)2个核心参数组成的达里湖 BIBI 指标体系.达里湖大型底栖无脊椎动物生物完整性指数为0.83,对照大型底栖无脊椎动物生物完整性指数赋分标准赋分值为74.45,2021年达里湖整体健康状况为亚健康.

Abstract

In August 2021,a study on the health of Dali Lake was carried out by investigating benthic macroinverte-brates at seven different sampling locations.This study also led to the creation of the benthic index of biotic integrity(BIBI)evaluation system.The findings revealed the presence of six different genera and species of benthic macroin-vertebrates in Dali Lake,belonging to two phyla,three orders and five families.The BMWP and FBI indices,ob-tained through range test,discriminatory power and Pearson correlation screen,formed the basis of BIBI's assess-ment system for Dali Lake.Calculations indicated that the macrobenthos biological integrity index in Dali Lake was 0.83,while the benthic index of bioticintegrity had a score of 74.45.Thus,the aquatic ecosystem of Dali Lake in 2021 was deemed sub-healthy.
