Effect of Fertilizer Application Reduction Combined with Pig Manure Compost on the Growth,Nutrient Uptake, and Soil Fertility of Pinus tabuliformis Seedlings
The effects of chemical fertilizer reduction combined with pig manure compost on the growth, nutrient absorption, and soil fertility of Pinus tabuliformis were studied to provide a theoretical basis for soil fertilization and cultivating high-quality and strong seedlings in continuous cropping nurseries. The test under field conditions, and then set up 5 treatments include no fertilizer control(T1),simply using chemical fertilizers(T2),fertilizer+300 g.m-2 pig manure compost(T3),fertilizer+600 g.m-2 pig manure compost(T4),and fertilizer+900 g.m-2 pig manure compost(T5),each treatment was repeated 3 times. The results showed that:the addition of pig manure compost to chemical fertilizers could promote the growth of Pinus tabuliformis, and the plant height, ground diameter, root, stem, and leaf dry weight of T4 was 62.10%,56.82%,88.46%,146.67%,and 107.14%higher than control respec-tively.T2,T3,T4 could increase the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in the roots, stems, and leaves of Pinus tabuliformis compared to the control.Compared with the control, the total nitrogen, total phos-phorus and total potassium of T4 were increased by136.79%,270.19%,and 184.31%,respectively.All fertilization treatments could increase the nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium nutrient content in the rhizosphere soil of Pinus tabuliformis, and the contents of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in T4 were 38.81%,136.12%and 29.77%higher than those in the control, respectively. The results of this study showed that the reduction of chemical fertilizer combined with 600 g.m-2 pig manure compost was beneficial to increase the nutrient content of rhizosphere soil of Pinus tabuliformis, promote plant growth and increase nutrient accumulation.
