微生物降解土壤中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留研究进展

拟除虫菊酯类农药是目前我国使用量最大的农药之一,因不合理使用导致其在土壤中残留,并对环境造成严重污染.微生物降解技术相比其他修复方式具有降解效率高、无二次污染等优点,是目前针对土壤中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留修复的重要手段.本文从拟除虫菊酯类农药在土壤中的残留情况出发,概述了微生物降解土壤中拟除虫菊酯类农药的途径,分析了农药性质、土壤环境、微生物协同等影响降解效率的因素.讨论了目前微生物降解研究存在的问题,并对今后的研究方向提出了建议.
Research Progress on Microbial Degradation of Pyrethroids Pesticide Residues in Soil
Pyrethroids pesticide is one of the most widely used pesticides in China at present,but due to unreason-able use,it remained in soil and has caused serious pollution to the environment.Compared with other remediation methods,microbial degradation technology has the advantages of high degradation efficiency and no secondary pol-lution,and is an important means for the remediation of pyrethroids pesticide residues in soil.Based on the residue of pyrethroids pesticide in soil,this paper summarized the ways of microbial degradation of pyrethroids pesticide in soil,and analyzed the factors affecting the degradation efficiency of pesticides,such as pesticides properties,envi-ronment and microbial synergistic.The problems existing in the current research on microbial degradation were dis-cussed,and suggestions for future research directions were put forward.
