Analysis of The Development Status and Countermeasures of Forest and Grass Seed Industry in Baoshan City in The New Era
Against the backdrop of the national initiative to carry out large-scale land greening,the forest and grass seed industry in Baoshan City has achieved good development,with significantly improved production capacity,obvious results in breeding of high-quality seeds,standardized and orderly law enforcement and supervision,and further highlighted economic,ecological,and social benefits of the forest and grass seed industry.Affected by policy,market and other factors,the forestry and grass seed industry in Baoshan City has been unable to fully adapt to market development and demand in recent years.In order to promote the sustained,healthy and rapid development of the forestry and grass seed industry,countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward to address the prominent problems of decreasing nursery scale and seedling production capacity year by year,prominent contradictions between tree species supply and demand structure,low overall development level of nurseries,and relatively weak market service and regulatory capabilities.These include scientifically formulating development plans,actively solving land use problems in nurseries,increasing scientific and technological financial support,improving management and service levels,and strengthening law enforcement and supervision.
