农林植物抗蚜研究现状与展望

蚜科(Aphididae)昆虫是农林植物生产中的重要害虫,严重影响作物的产量与品质.蚜科昆虫解毒能力强、变化迅速,目前有效抗蚜植物种质资源不足,导致常规抗蚜育种难以获得突破.因此,研究安全、有效的害虫防治策略是农林植物生产绿色可持续发展的重要内容.本文主要从抗蚜研究现状、抗性基因挖掘、RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)技术以及防治策略等方面,综述了蚜科昆虫的防治研究和治理方法,展望了农林植物生产中抗蚜防治的发展趋势.
Research and Prospect on Aphid Resistance of Agricultural and Forestry Plants
Aphididae are important pests in the production of agricultural and forestry plants,which seriously affect their yield and quality.Aphididae have strong detoxification ability and change rapidly,but currently there is a lack of effective aphid resistant germplasm resources,which makes it difficult to achieve breakthroughs in conventional aphid resistant breeding.Therefore,researching new,safe,and effective pest control strategies the sustainable and green development of agricultural and forestry plants.This article mainly reviewed the research status,resistance gene mining,ribonucleic acid(RNA)interference technology,and control strategies of aphid control in agricultural and forestry plants and looked forward to the development trend of aphid resistance control in agricultural and for-estry plants production.
