摘要
我国民族干部培养政策主体主要包括党和国家、民族地区、民族干部个体.其中,党和国家的需要是以扩大数量为基本需求、以提高质量为核心需求、以优化结构为关键需求;民族地区的需要是实现民族地区的经济社会发展、维护民族地区的政治稳定和安定团结、传承和发展中华文化;民族干部个体的需要是基于经济地位的生存目标、基于政治认同的发展需要、基于社会进阶的自我实现.
Abstract
The main bodies of the policy for cultivating ethnic cadres in China mainly include the Party and the state,ethnic re-gions,and individual ethnic cadre.Among them,the needs of the Party and the state are to expand quantity as the basic demand,im-prove quality as the core demand,and optimize structure as the key demand.The needs of ethnic regions are to achieve economic and social development,maintain political stability and solidarity in ethnic regions,and inherit and develop national culture.The in-dividual needs of ethnic cadres are survival goals based on economic status,development needs based on political recognition,and self realization based on social advancement.
