臭柏果实浸泡液萌发抑制作用及种子吸水特性研究

对臭柏果实浸泡液萌发抑制作用和种子吸水特性进行了试验研究。生物鉴定结果表明,臭柏果实内含有水溶性萌发抑制物质,主要存在于果皮中,其抑制作用由大到小的配列顺序为果皮98、果皮97、完整种子、种子碎物、种皮碎物、种仁碎物;并且随着贮藏年限和分次浸泡时间延长而降低。臭柏果皮内的抑制物质不仅抑制小麦、白菜、苜蓿种子萌发,而且抑制其幼苗的生长。种子、种皮及种仁磨碎物中抑制物质较少或无,并有促进三种指示植物幼苗生长的作用。种子在室温下自来水浸泡3~4h后完成物理吸水阶段,其含水率达到20.0%;24h后为20.04%,37h后仅为25.77%,因此种皮的构造对水分进入有一定阻碍作用。
STUDY ON THE INHIBITION OF WATER EXTRACT OF Sabina vulgalis FRUIT SKIN ON SEEDS GERMINATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF SEEDS WATER ABSORPTION
The results of biological determination revealed that there weresoluble inhibitiong substances in Sabina vulgalis fruits.After the seeds of wheat,Chinese cabbage,alfalfa had been soaked in the water extract of the fruit skin 98 and 97 for 8h,the seeds germination percentages were 64.0% and 90.7%,19.3% and 70.7%,5.3% and 48.7% lower than the control treatment(CK) except the treatment of wheat in the extract of the fruit skin 97;and the length of their seed roots and seedlings were 0.75cm and 1.00cm,0.30 and 0.70cm,0.57cm and 1.25cm which were different from the CK more obviously(r=0.01) respectively.The inhibition substances of the water extract of full seeds,seed debris,seed cover debris,shelled seed debris on germination decreased in sequence.If these things were soakde in water for 24h,the inhibition was lower or none,Therefore,the inhibiting substances mainly exist in the fruit skin.The inhibition was in sequence;fruit skin 98 > fruit skin 97 > full seeds > seeds debris > seed cover debris > shelled seed debris and was lowed while the storing vears and soaking times were longed and added.The inhibition substances in Sabina vulgalis fruit skin not only restrained the seeds of wheat.Chinese cabbage and Alfalfa from germinating but also restrained their seedling from growing.The inhibition substances in the seed debris,the seed skin debris and shelled seed debris were less or none,and their water extraet could improve the growthe of these three indieated plant seed root and seedling.After the seeds were soaked in water for 3h~4h,they finished their physical water absorption phase and the moisture content reach up to 20.0%.24h and 37h after,the moisture content could reach up to 24.04% and 25.77% respectively.So the structure of seeds plays a certain role in preventing water from coming into seeds.The naked seeds can not germinate in paper bed and agar bed.The dormancy of seeds of Sabina vulgalis was the result of multi factor effect.
