ANALYSIS OF MICROBE POPULATION AND ENZYME ACTIVITY IN Hedysarum scoparium RHIZOSPI-IERIC SOIL
Rhizosphere microbes and soil enzyme activity of Hedysarum scoparium are analyzed. There is obvious difference about soil microbial population composition, which including 44 genera of bacteria, 24 genera of fungi and 19 genera of actinomyces. Bacterium is dominant and fungus is least in quantity. Soil microbes have significant seasonal distribution rule. The rhizosphere effect of soil microbes in Hedysarum scoparium artificial forest is 1.13 in spring, 1.08 in summer and 1.87 in autumn. The population of soil microbes and the activity of soil enzymes are different with various stand ages, and they both decrease gradually with increase of the soil depth. The positive orrclation between soil bacteria quantity and urcase & alkaline phosphatase activity are significant. The correlations between each other with 3 soil enzymes all reach a significant level.
