EFFECTS OF WATERING FREQUENCY ON THE SUNFLOWER VERTICILLIUM WILT OCCURRENCE AND SUNFLOWER YIELD
In this experiment,the effects of watering frequency on the sunflower yellow wilt disease index and sunflower yield were studied in artificial inoculated field.Our data suggested that the more watering frequency,the much more severe of disease index.Watering in the inoculated plots 1 times to 3 times,the disease index of Verticillium wilt showed an increasing tendency,(form 29.0 to 51.5) ; meanwhile,the sunflower yield decreased from 4690.95 kg/ha,down to 3815.55 kg/ha.
