内蒙古草地丛生型植物根系构型的研究

采用WinRHIZO 2009根系分析系统获取33种内蒙古草地常见丛生型植物的根系参数,通过数据分析,得到如下结论:1、根总表面积和根分叉数是影响丛生型植物根系构型的关键因素.2、在草地丛生型植物的各根系参数中,根系总根长与总表面积、根尖数、分叉数相关性极显著;总根表面积与根尖数、分叉数、平均直径相关性极显著;根系总体积与总表面积、平均直径相关性极显著;根尖数与分叉数相关性极显著.3、对于特定根系构型的植物来说,影响根系构型的主要因素是相对稳定的.
STUDY ON THE ROOT ARCHITECTURE OF CESPITOSE PLANTS IN THE GRASSLAND OF INNER MONGOLIA
Scanning the root of 33 Bunch type plants by WinRHIZO 2009 root analysis system root architecture of cespitose plants,data were analyzed.The results showed that:1.Roots gross area and root furcation number are the key factors influencing the root architecture of cespitose plants; 2.Among the root parameters of cespitose plants in the grassland,the total root length has great correlation significance with total root surface area/root tip numbers and furcation numbers ; root total surface area has great correlation significance with root tips number/furcation number and avcrage diameters; total root volume has great correlation significance with total surface area and average diameters ; root tip number has great correlation significance with furcation numbers.3.The main factors influencing root architecture are relatively stable for the plants with specific root architectures.
