沙柳树皮纤维形态及化学成分变异性的研究

沙柳人造板中含有一定量的沙柳树皮,为了探明沙柳树皮对于人造板的影响,对沙柳树皮的纤维形态和化学成分的变异性进行了研究.结果表明:1)沙柳树皮纤维的长度属中等长度,宽度和壁厚较小,长宽比较木质部的大,受到平茬次数的显著影响;2)沙柳树皮中的酸不溶木素较木质部的含量低,其他成分较木质部的含量高,平茬一次后除酸不溶木素各化学成分较高.
THE STUDY ON FIBER FORM AND CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF SALIX BARK AND ITS VARIATION
Wood-based panel made of Salix contains certain amount of bark,so we study on the varies of fiber form and chemical composition of Salix bark to find out how Salix bark influence the wood-based panel..The result shows that:1) Salix bark fiber is middle length,and width and cell wall is small,the ratio of length to width is larger than xylem of Salix,the form of Salix fiber mainly influenced by the times of lops.2) Except acid-insoluble lignin,other chemical composition in bark is higher than xylem,and was higher for first time of lop.
