地膜再利用对向日葵田土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响

为研究地膜再利用对向日葵田土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响,进行了旧膜、新膜及露地栽培向日葵对比试验.结果表明,地膜再利用可提高土壤过氧化氢酶的活性.在0 ~ 40cm土层,旧膜的土壤过氧化氢酶活性较露地显著增加4.2%,较新膜增加2.6%.土壤过氧化氢酶活性随生育期变化而不同,呈平稳-下降-上升的变化趋势.旧膜覆盖可以维持耕作层(0~ 20cm)过氧化氢酶活性的较高水平及其稳定性,而下层呈快速下降的趋势,但各层土壤过氧化氢酶活性均表现为:旧膜>新膜>露地.可见,地膜覆盖尤其是地膜再利用覆盖由于改善了农田生态微环境,从而提高了土壤微生物活动和土壤过氧化氢酶活性.
EFFECTS OF RE-USED PLASTIC FILM MULCHING ON SOIL CATALASE ACTIVITY
Aiming at reducing agricultural pollution caused by plastic film,the effects of re-used plastic film mulching on soil catalase activity were studied through comparing with the plastic film and open field in Hetao region.The results showed:Soil catalase activity of re-used film mulching increased at different degree.Compared with bare field and new film mulching,soil catalase activity in 0-40 cm of re-used film were higher significantly 4.2% and 2.6% respectively.Growth stage changes of soil invertase catalase activity are different.Soi1 catalase activity was fluctuating decline effecting by irrigation,and with a minimum in squaring.Vertical changes of the soil catalase activity are reduced with increasing soil depth,but more stable activity in plough layer(0-20cm).So the findings indicated re-used film could also enhance soil catalase activity though improved farmland ecological microenvironment.
