PP333和GGR6对沙打旺和草木樨种子发芽的影响

为探讨两种植物生长调节剂多效唑(PP333)和生根粉(GGR6)对沙打旺(Astragalus adsurgens Pall.)和草木樨(Melilotus suaverolens L.)种子发芽的影响,本研究采用单因子法,以沙打旺和草木樨种子为研究对象,分别用浓度为0、50、100、150、200mg/L的PP333和GGR6溶液浸种2h,以不浸种为对照,在光照培养箱内进行种子发芽试验.结果表明:①随着PP333溶液浓度的增大,沙打旺种子的发芽率先增大后减小;而GGR6溶液对沙打旺种子的发芽影响不明显.②草木樨种子的发芽率随着PP333溶液浓度的增大而增大;随着GGR6溶液浓度的增大先增大后减小.100mg/L的PP333溶液可以明显促进沙打旺种子发芽,发芽率为:81.33%;对草木樨种子发芽最有利的处理是浓度为200mg/L的PP333溶液,其发芽率为:84.33%,比对照高出19.33%.
EFFECT OF PP333 AND GGR6 On Seed Germination OF Astragalus Adsurgens AND Melilotus Suaveolens
In order to investigate the impact of seed germination of two plant growth regulators PP333 and GGR6 for Astragalus adsurgens and Melilotus suaveolens,this study used a single factor method and selected Astragalus adsurgens and Melilotussuaveolens for the study,and used a concentration of 0,50,100,150,200 mg/L.PP333 and GGR6 solution soaking the seeds for 2h,with no soaking as control,in light incubator for seed germination test.The results showed that:① With the PP333 concentration increases,Astragalus adsurgens seed germination rate increased at first then decreased;and GGR6 play no obvious effect for seed germination of Astragalus adsurgens.② Melilotus suaveolens seed germination rate increased with PP333 concentration;and with concentration of the solution GGR6 increased as well.Conclusion was that:100mg/L PP333 solution can significantly promote seed germination ofAstragalus adsurgens,germination rate was:81.33%;Melilotus suaveolens seed germination of the most favorable treatment is a concentration of 200mg/L PP333 solution,which,germination rate was:84.33%,19.33% higher than the control.
