摘要
长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是长度大于200 nt,不具备编码蛋白质的能力或编码能力极低的一类RNA.随着测序技术的发展,lncRNA在植物中越来越多的被发现和验证.近年来的研究表明,lncRNA是植物体内重要的调节因子,广泛地参与了很多生物学过程,包括种子萌发、幼苗形成、营养生长、生殖生长以及逆境胁迫应答等.本文综述了植物中lncRNA的产生、分类和作用机制,讨论了植物lncRNA在参与逆境胁迫中的研究进展,为今后进一步研究植物中lncRNA参与非生物胁迫与生物胁迫提供了参考依据.
Abstract
Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are RNA molecules longer than 200 nucleotides that can not code protein or have very low coding potential.With the advancement of sequencing technologies,an increasing number of lncRNAs have been discovered and validated in plants.Recent research indicates that lncRNAs are critical regulatory elements in plants.They extensively involved in various biological processes including seed germination,seedling development,vegetative growth,reproductive development,and responses to all kinds of stresses.In this review we summarize the biogenesis,classification,and functional mechanisms of lncRNAs in plants,The research progess on lncRNAs under abiotic and biotic stress responses were discussed.It will provide a reference for further studies on the role of plant lncRNAs in abiotic and biotic stress resistance in the future.
