Ant Species Diversity and Distribution Pattern in Mohe and Yichun Forest Zones of Heilongjiang Province
There is a lack of in-depth investigation and community structure analysis of ant species diversity in Heilongjiang Prov-ince,and relevant research is urgently needed.Specimens and data were obtained from ant community surveys in Mohe and Yichun forest zones in Heilongjiang Province through the search survey method. The Species diversity and distribution patterns of the forest zones were studied by using the biodiversity determination and acquisition frequency methods.Totally 3 259 ant individuals were col-lected in Mohe and Yichun forest zones. After identification,15 species from 7 genera and 3 subfamilies of Formicidae were recog-nized.Myrmica angulinodis Ruzsky and Formica lemani Bondroit were newly recorded in Heilongjiang Province. In various habitats in the area, the conifer-broadleaf mixed forest had the most abundant ant species.Camponotus japonicus Mayr,Formica fusca Lin-naeus and Myrmica angulinodis Ruzsky were the species with the widest range of ecological adaptation. On the contrary,Formica aq-uilonia Yarrow,F.truncorum Fabricius,Harpagoxenus sublaevis Nylander and Dolichoderus sibiricus Emery were the relatively rarer species in the forest zones. This study provided an important reference for the conservation and utilization of the ant diversity in the forest zone of northeast China.
