Abstract
Antimicrobial peptides are a class of peptides widely found in nature,and they constitute an important part of the innate immune system of different organisms.Lactiplantibacillus plantarum antimicrobial peptide has inhibitory effect on bacteria and fungi,and have been widely used in medicine,animal husbandry,food and other fields.This paper summarized the types,synthesis path-ways,and antibacterial mechanisms of L.plantarum antimicrobial peptides,as well as their applications in the fields of food,feed,and medicine,aiming to provide references for related research and applications.
