秸秆类农作物资源,对其干燥处理可以阻碍微生物的生长和繁殖,实现长期保存的目标,且经过干燥处理后,重量下降,体积减小,不仅节省储存空间和运输成本,还提高了农产品的经济效益.传统的干燥技术存在干燥周期长、品质差、能耗高等问题,太阳能辅助热泵干燥作为一种新型干燥方法,已在农产品干燥领域得到实际应用.现阶段的太阳能辅助热泵干燥技术在系统能效提升、稳定性和可靠性增强、智能化水平提高等方面仍有改进潜力,因此本文对农业干燥领域的太阳能辅助热泵干燥技术的发展和应用进行探讨,指出了提高太阳能-热泵系统性能的3种途径:改善光伏热能系统、优化太阳能集热器、开发多热源热泵系统.针对太阳能-热泵干燥技术在秸秆类物料的应用,总结了其干燥性能、控制系统和预测模型等方面的研究现状.本文对太阳能-热泵系统的未来发展重点和研究方向进行了展望,并探讨了具有余热二次回收的干燥方案,以提升其在农业干燥领域的应用水平.
A Review on Solar-heat pump Drying Technology and Its Application in Straw Materials
The drying of straw crop resources can impede the growth and reproduction of microorganisms,achieve the goal of long-term preservation,and after drying treatment,the weight and volume decrease.It not only saves storage space and transportation costs,but also improves the economic benefits of agricultural products.Traditional drying techniques have problems such as long drying cycles,poor quality,and high energy consumption.Solar-assisted heat pump drying,as a new drying method,has been prac-tically applied in the field of agricultural product drying.It is evident that the solar assisted heat pump drying technology has the po-tential for further improvement in terms of system energy efficiency,stability and reliability enhancement,and intelligence level im-provement.This article discussed the development and application of solar-assisted heat pump drying technology in the field of agri-cultural drying,and pointed out three ways to improve the performance of solar-heat pump systems,i.e.,improving photovoltaic thermal energy system,optimizing solar collectors,and developing multi-heat source heat pump system.This article analyzed the current research state on the application of solar-assisted heat pump drying technology in straw materials,including the drying perfor-mance,control systems,and prediction models of these systems.It also discussed future research directions and development priori-ties of solar heat pump systems,and explored the potential of drying schemes with waste heat secondary recovery to enhance their ap-plication in the field of agricultural drying.
