随着农业现代化的快速发展,农作物秸秆的处理和利用成为了农业可持续发展中的一个重要议题.玉米秸秆作为一种重要的农业废弃物,其合理高效的处理和利用对于促进资源循环利用、保护环境具有重要意义.玉米秸秆揉丝机作为处理玉米秸秆的关键设备,通过对玉米秸秆进行揉丝加工,提高了其在饲料、生物质能源、有机肥料等领域的应用价值.本文旨在综述玉米秸秆特性以及揉丝机的发展背景、工作原理、技术特点和其在农业生产中的应用情况,以期为相关领域的研究和实践提供参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of agricultural modernization,the treatment and utilization of crop residues has become an im-portant issue in the sustainable development of agriculture.The corn straw,as an important agricultural waste,plays a crucial role in promoting resource recycling and environmental protection through its rational and efficient treatment and utilization.The corn shredding machine,as the key equipment for processing the corn stover,enhances its application value in areas such as animal feed,biomass energy,and organic fertilizers by subjecting the straw to pulping processing.The purpose of this paper was to summa-rize the characteristics of corn straw,as well as the development background,working principles,technical characteristics and appli-cations of the shredding machine in agricultural production,so as to provide a reference for research and practice in related fields.
