肠上皮细胞分离纯化及鉴定的研究进展

肠上皮细胞(1EC)是肠道黏膜屏障的重要组成部分,它可以通过分泌各种抗菌抗病毒的物质及调节免疫反应来防御肠道炎症反应.基于IEC在调节炎症反应中的重要作用,分离和培养高质量、高纯度的IEC可以作为研究肠道炎症相关机制的重要细胞模型.随着技术的不断发展和成熟,对IEC的研究应用范围也在不断扩大.因此,本文总结了 IEC的主要功能及研究中常用的分离、纯化、鉴定方法,以期为利用动物IEC开展肠道疾病领域的相关研究提供参考.
Advances in the Isolation and Purification of Intestinal Epithelial Cells and Their Identification
Intestinal epithelial cells(IEC)are crucial components of the intestinal mucosal barrier,which can defend against intesti-nal inflammatory responses by secreting various antibacterial and antiviral substances and regulating immune responses.Based on the important role of IEC in regulating the inflammatory response,the isolation and culture of high-quality and high-purity IEC can serve as an important cell model for studying the mechanisms related to intestinal inflammation.With the continuous development and maturation of technology,the range of research applications for IEC continues to expand.Therefore,this paper summarized the main functions of IEC and the commonly used isolation,purification and identification methods in research,aiming to provide a ref-erence for utilizing animal IEC in related research within the field of intestinal diseases.
