关于大学图书馆建立智囊机构的几点思考——以内蒙古师范大学图书馆为例

摘要
大学是培养人才的摇篮,图书馆是大学与人才的中介,是把死的知识变为活知识、变为能力、素质的重要媒介,而智囊机构则是能否把图书馆作用发挥到极致的重要环节。由于智囊机构、人员的缺乏,我们很难把有限的资金用在刀刃上,很难做到资本效益最大化。加之,我们还有很多该淘汰而未淘汰的书籍还在被统计之列,所以我们实际占有的、具有价值的图书还是很有限。这种现状在公共或大学图书馆可能有一定的代表性,若不改变此种状况,我们就很难培养面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的、新型的、创造性人才。
Abstract
Colleges and universities are cradles for talent cultivation,and libraries are the intermediate between colleges and talents and the important medium of changing book knowledge into inspiring knowledge,into ability and into quality.Brain trust departments are important for the full display of the function of libraries.Due to lack of brain trust departments and staff,it is difficult for us to expend the limited funds wisely and to make the most of capitals.Furthermore,there are many books which are still in use although they should already be phased out.As a result,the number of valuable books which we actually have is rather limited.Such a situation is typical of public libraries or libraries in colleges and universities.Only by changing it could we cultivate new and creative talents who could face the modernization,the world and the future.
