摘要
黄茶为清宫烹制奶茶的原料,产于浙江绍兴一带.康熙年间,订浙江进贡黄茶9千余斤,是全国贡茶数量最多的.浙江茶商领茶引,提拨约6千两银充当内务府的茶果盈余银.乾隆时,因茶商金台短报茶引,浙江巡抚主张商人领引制度改为官办,其盈余贮藩库充公.清朝擅长以多元文化统治各民族.奶茶原是蒙古人饮食,清朝皇帝以黄茶烹制奶茶,宴请蒙古王公,并赏赐之.蒙古、西藏信奉藏传佛教,其仪轨中黄茶更是不可或缺.黄茶是蒙古上层社会喜爱的茶品,与下层社会喝的砖茶有所区别.黄茶在蒙古、华北地区的销售量不断扩大,每年由14万道茶引增加为21万道.朝贡体制也带动了商业的发展.
Abstract
Yellow tea,produced in Shaoxing,Zhejiang province,was the ingredient for making milk tea in Qing Place.During the Kangxi Era yellow tea was ordered more than 9,000 Jin from Zhejiang,which was the lar-gest amount of tribute tea across the country.Zhejiang merchants received tea-selling license and contributed about 6,000 tales of silver to Imperial Household Department for tea and snack consumption.In Qianlong period,due to the tea dealer Jin Tai understated the tea-selling license,Zhejiang Grand Coordinator claimed that the tradesman re-ceiving license system should be changed to official management and must take the surplus income over as state property stocking in provincial financial treasury.The Qing Dynasty was good at ruling ethnic groups with diverse cultures.Milk tea originally was a kind of Mongolian diet.Qing Emperors not only banqueted Mongolian nobles with milk tea cooked by yellow tea,but also awarded it to them.People in Mongolia and Tibet area believed in Ti-betan Buddhism and yellow tea was indispensable in rituals.Yellow tea,being different from brick tea drunk by lower class,became popular among Mongolian upper class,promoting the sales volume of yellow tea in Mongolia and North China with tea-selling license annually increasing from 140,000 to 210,000 pieces.Therefore,the trib-ute system also could drive the development of commerce.
