摘要
在民族史、清史、满学等学科对八旗驻防的研究中,除档案、文书与官、私著作和为数不多的驻防志以外,尚有各地驻防"事宜"类文献,鲜有关注.驻防"事宜"类文献修纂时间早晚不一,虽系官修却无统一名称与体例,内容也不一致.有些仅见于旧籍引文,少量为旧时刻本,大部以抄本、稿本传世,流传不广,部分善本则鲜为人见.从性质上看,或类于条例、则例一类政书,或为记录各地八旗驻防事务专书,或可视为初具雏形的方志文献.由于它大多取材于驻防营的案牍,许多是当地独有的历史记录,可补正史与方志之不足,且多有旧籍与志书所未载者,反映出各地驻防制度的原委与变迁,故不仅可信度高,且具有很高的史料价值.
Abstract
In the national history,Qing history and Manchu studies on Banner garrison,in addition to ar-chives,official documents,private works and local records,there is literature on"garrison affairs"which draws lit-tle attention.The literature were written at different times with no standard style,title and content.Some are only seen in old citations and a small number are in old block-printed edition.Most of them are handed down in copies and manuscripts,which are not widely circulated.Some reliable ones are rarely seen.They could be regarded as official texts such as regulations and rules,or monographs on Banner garrison affairs,or the initial form of local re-cords.Based on the official correspondence of garrison battalions and with little written history,many of them are unique local historical records reflecting the origin and changes of the garrison system in various places,which are highly credible and of great historical value.
