On the Generation of Moral Consensus in Modern Organizations
Moral consensus is an endogenous concept and achieving moral consensus is an inherent require-ment of universal morality. In the classic bureaucratic organization,it is often difficult to form a moral consensus because of the role conflict between"small gear"and"modern independent individual".The communicative attrib-ute of modern organizations is a semi-acquaintance society. The ideal construction of moral consensus in modern or-ganizations can be carried out from three aspects:dynamic mechanism, ethical field, and institutional guarantee. From the perspective of management ethics, the work to be carried out for this purpose includes:cultivating organi-zational identity and constructing members'"sense of community";shaping public conscience and activating mem-bers'ethical consciousness;respecting the qualifications of the subject and enhancing the institutional virtues of the organization.
