China's rural primary organizations are established in the front line of the production and life of all rural residents playing a crucial role in fulfilling the CPC's tasks and policies.Under the background of digital vil-lage strategy and promoting excellent entrepreneurship,rural primary organizations should follow the needs of the times in terms of forecasting and creating markets,deepening division of labor and expanding organizational net-works,creating product differentiation with digital technology,upholding service-oriented organizations of CPC in grassroots work,and building specialized rural governance systems.To achieve rural revitalization,it is also necessa-ry to lead"new professional farmers"to carry out the construction of new socialist countryside and develop new quali-ty rural productive forces with digital,scientific,green and intelligent business philosophy and management model.
