Research on the Inner Mongolia Cadre Team Construction in the Early Days of the People's Republic of China
In the early days of the People's Republic of China,the cadre team in Inner Mongolia began to take shape and played a leading role,but there were still some problems and could not meet the practical needs of com-pleting socialist revolution and promoting socialist construction.Considering the actual situations,the CPC Inner Mongolia Committee and the CPC Mengsui Committee adopted effective measures in accordance with the Party's guidelines and requirements.Inner Mongolia cadre team developed gradually which changed the serious shortage of cadres in the early days of the People's Republic of China.It raised cadres'theoretical and professional level,strengthened the unity of cadres of all ethnic groups,made full cadre preparation for the completion of the socialist revolution and other causes,and accumulated valuable experience in the cadre team construction in ethnic minority areas.
