Exploration of the New Model of College Student Public Service for Advancing the Modernization of Agriculture and Rural Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Take the Project of"Bringing Science and Technology to Rural Areas"by Inner Mongolia
Social practice is the core link of college practice education and college student public service is an im-portant form and carrier of advancing rural revitalization.Taking the project of"Bringing Science and Technology to Rural Areas-20 Years of Public Service for the Modernization of Agriculture and Rural Areas"by Inner Mongolia Normal University as an example,based on the quality and efficiency of current public service for addressing issues relating to"agriculture,rural areas and rural people",this paper studies the practical actions,service effectiveness and innovative experience of college student public service for advancing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas under the background of rural revitalization.It proposes the feasibility path of"public service model,organi-zation operation model,rural industry empowerment model,rural talent training model",which is characterized by public welfare,effectiveness,innovation,sustainability,education leading and team building.This study aims to provide references for other universities to create the finest"China golden course"and also for college students to participate in the public service for advancing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
