At present,the research of virtual simulation technology is mostly combined with chemical principle experiment,chemical unit operation,large instrument simulation,etc.,but it is less combined with students'production practice.In this paper through the construction of"virtual and real combination"cultivating mode,connect the practical operation with theoretical learning approach;The evaluation system of"virtual and practical combination"should be constructed to examine students'theoretical learn-ing and operational ability in detail.Students consolidate the theoretical knowledge learned in class,estab-lish the engineering consciousness of chemical production,improve engineering literacy,andcultivate students to become"new engineering"talents.
